A Rae of Sunshine

Personal trainer, living donor, active, half country half city girl. There isn’t ever enough time in the day to do it all but you just gotta make it work.

A liver donor, fitness enthusiast and whatever other label people want to give me.

After donating my liver I was left with a long scar down the middle of my stomach. It’s been tough learning to love every bit of it because it did change the way my body looks. I’m learning to love the way my body looks, day by day. I want to be a person who gives other hope in learning to love their body, take care of it and nourish it the right way. Peace, love, and living donor
